I want to get a six pack before summer?
IM 5 ”6 and i wieght 170. Im pretty strong and im in ok shape. my legas are jacked but i never seem to get any results on my chest and abs. i want a six pack before summer. i have a wieght set.
try jackknife sit ups (for lower abs) and crunches (for upper abs), also try running…running helps to burn the fat that is covering the abs. try to stay away from foods with a lot of calories and trans fats…and eat lots of protein (i’d suggest protein shakes, like Whey Protein) but you also will want to do bench press, arm curls, and push ups to develop the chest and arms. you’ve got plenty of time to get abs before summer, just stick to a workout schedule.
